just dowmloaded;got this exception Help

Hello,
 just downloaded from site "got windows no disc"
exception processing message
c000013 parameters 7566bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75bbbf7c  [ don't know whether i got the B's and 6's mixed]

then griffith said updating data base was quick flash. and above message came up again.
What happened?
I hate downloading because when this happens I'am lost and edgy. I installed from site
I have MS XP sevice pack and  3 Avira running

^^ No idea what you mean by that!..

Try downloading & installing from here, latest available version of Griffith for Microsoft Windows is 0.11:

P.S.
Maybe this is your problem, program fails with message "Updating Database" version .011.
