Tnx.

Do you want to change app. language[1] or add new language to database[2]?

[1] changing it on the fly is not possible yet, you can change it during startup, f.e. like this:
LANG=pl griffith

[2] enter new name, hit "add" button and close preferences window

I meant [1]. I tried LANG=it griffith but it is still in English. Griffith doesn't support italian? Can I translate it?

Italian language is already done thanks to Diego Porcelli. It's available only in SVN repository for now (until next release). You can download it to /usr/share/locale/it/LC_MESSAGES/ directory and test it.

Sorry again..
I put this file in /usr/share/locale/it/LC_MESSAGES/, but when I try to statt Griffith with:
LANG=it griffith
I still receive this message:
 Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
        Using the fallback 'C' locale.

try without "LANG=it" (if your locale is set to "it", Griffith should automatically use Italian translation)
