I already install  griffith 0.11 win32 on 64 bit vista.it is installed properly. but not work

Please try to start griffith in debug-mode. There is a link within the "Debug" submenu of the griffith startmenu entry.
There is a link to the logging file too. Please post the content of the file here in the forum after you have started griffith in debug-mode.
