Help me please for Amozon requests

 ???Would some please explain to me why Amozon search asks for a Access ID and Password Key?
It is the only movie search engine that asks for it that I have found so far.

That's right, it is the only one. The amazon plugin uses the official XML based search interface from amazon not the
webpage. But since August 2009 you need a special amazon accout if you want to use that interface.

You can't use an account which you use for buying stuff from amazon marketplace.
