Is it possible to add http://www.moviemeter.nl to the search list? Or can I do it myself?

Yes you can :-)
You have to write movie plugin, place it in lib/plugins/movie directory and restart Griffith.

The first step is the most difficult one ;-) (copying PluginMovieIMDB.py to PluginMovieMovieMeter.py is a good start)
