Hello friends, at first sorry for my bad english.
This is my first topic. recently i installed the griffith program. The main utility that i look in this program is to know in what place of my home are my dvds. But i dont know what is the way in the program for put this information. I have many dvds containers in my home and i need to know in wich container is any movie. I try to put names to my containers with the name of a collection but this field dont appear easily in the screen, only when you make double click on the movie.
Please can anybody advice the better way for make it.
Thanks

You could put that info in the "Notes" tab.
Or if you dont need the "Video codec" field, you could put it there.
I for example use the video codec field to store the aspect ratio (4:3 or 16:9).

You could try using the movie number - - and organise your dvd containers by the numbers - 1 -> 100 101->200
something like that.

well.. i can provide u with a hint..

eg. i have 5bags.. each contains 40discs.. i've numberred the discs (like 130, which means bag1-disc30).
now in the volume section i've added 101-140, 201-240 etc.. the muvees that are contained in the same discs, have the same volume-number..

& for collections, i group muvees with some comon category under it.. muvees of same category might be in differectnt discs.. click it would show same category discs...
