I realize that Griffith imports ratings established by others when the profile of the movie is downloaded ... but sometimes the viewer might disagree with that rating ... we all have different taste.

How about a 5-tag rating system ... .1 thru 5 ... or 10 tags ... to rate our personal favorites in our collection ... and the ones we like the least

ALSO:

There are SOME DVDs that I dislike enough that I want to either trade them, get rid of them, give them away, sell them, etc.
How about a tag for "stinks" ... or "Trade" ?

ALSO:  How about an Adults vs Kids tags ... I don't have any kids, but lots of folks do ...
The Kids might like some films ... the parents others ... and they may keep the kids collection openly available but the "adult" films separate
so and ADULT or PARENTS tag     vs          KIDS tag might be handy.

ALSO:  I am having problems w/ some DVDs ... some used to work great ... now start to skip.   Some are so bad they need to be replaced
How about a tag for "Need to Replace" ?

Just a few ideas ... maybe others will have more ... or better ideas.

Great job ... great software ... thanks!

If you want to separate adult movies from other I think it is a better pratice to use two different databases.
Or better every user (every kid, mother, father, etc.) have it's own database with the films they like.

For the movies which should be replaced or trade you can add the tags yourself in the preferences windows.
POX wrote it already.

Thanks for the info on how to add more Tags ... it wasn't obvious when I went thru the preferences initially.  But I've got it implemented.
Muchas gracias
